Business Development Executive-Mandarin Speaker Needed

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management (e-commerce or retail preferred).
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken & written) – must be able to engage with diverse clients and partners.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiiar with brand marketing and retail.
- Identify new business opportunities, brands, and partnerships to grow Majikku’s IP online presence.
- Pitch and onboard merchants, suppliers, or partners to join our platform.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Prepare persuasive presentations, proposals, and partnership deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and onboarding targets.
- Work closely with our operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless partner experiences.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor activities to spot new market opportunities.
