Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Manage brand communications, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams for effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for better results.
  • Develop marketing materials and content.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

KPIs:

  • Campaign Support: Deliver marketing materials with 100% accuracy and on time.
  • Event Coordination: Successfully coordinate at least four marketing events per year.
  • Content Engagement: Achieve a minimum engagement rate of 5% on digital content.
  • Market Insights: Provide monthly competitor analysis.
  • Brand Awareness: Increase brand visibility by 30% annually.
  • Customer Acquisition: Drive at least 15% growth in new customer acquisition.
  • Engagement Metrics: Boost engagement rates by at least 20% on digital platforms.
  • Budget Efficiency: Manage marketing budget within a 10% variance.
