Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Manage brand communications, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams for effective go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for better results.
- Develop marketing materials and content.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
KPIs:
- Campaign Support: Deliver marketing materials with 100% accuracy and on time.
- Event Coordination: Successfully coordinate at least four marketing events per year.
- Content Engagement: Achieve a minimum engagement rate of 5% on digital content.
- Market Insights: Provide monthly competitor analysis.
- Brand Awareness: Increase brand visibility by 30% annually.
- Customer Acquisition: Drive at least 15% growth in new customer acquisition.
- Engagement Metrics: Boost engagement rates by at least 20% on digital platforms.
- Budget Efficiency: Manage marketing budget within a 10% variance.
