Position: Key Account ExecutiveLocation: Kepong, KL
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned key accounts (e.g., Watsons, Guardian)
- Work closely with buyers and category managers to execute promotions, listings, and campaigns
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance to optimize inventory and forecast demand
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand activations and point-of-sale strategies
- Lead periodic business reviews with retail partners
- Track competitor activity and provide market feedback to internal teams
- Work with supply chain to ensure timely delivery and minimize stockouts
- Support the Head of Sales in meeting overall channel sales targets
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in key account management or retail sales, in cosmetics, skincare.
- Strong knowledge of health & beauty retail operations (Watsons, Guardian, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data-driven reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with fast-changing or trend-based products is a plus
- Possess the in depth knowledge and skills in colour cosmetics.
- Proficient in both Mandarin, English and BM.
Remuneration Package:
Basic: up to RM 7000
