Provide exceptional customer service and support to Mandarin-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Translate documents and communications from English to Mandarin and vice versa.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service.
- Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, is essential for communicating effectively with customers.
- Entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates with a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level education.
- Onsite position in Kuala Lumpur.
- Provide exceptional customer support to Mandarin-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
