Mandarin Speaking Recruitment Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates to meet our company’s talent needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for building strong employer-employee relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3 to 4 years of experience in recruitment , talent acquisition, or HR
• Mandarin speaking is mandatory.
• Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring pipelines
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions
• Source candidates through job boards, social medial (LinkedIn etc), networking, and referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
• Co-ordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Manage end-to -end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
