Job Description

  • Prepare quotations to customer promptly
  • Submit loan and customers' documents to bank
  • Follow up loan process
  • Follow up with customer for insurance renewal
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Organize and maintain proper office filing and record system
  • Strong competencies on Microsoft Office especially Excel , Adobe and Word.
  • Possess mathematical skill and fast learner.
  • Have an analytical mind, time management and responsible.
  • Monday to Friday (9:30am – 5:30pm) Saturday (9:30am - 2pm)
  • Own Transport .
  • Candidates with experience in admin job are preferred.
  • BONUS, EPF, SOCSO & EIS Provided
