Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations. Candidates with accounting knowledge will be given preference.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma or Degree preferred)
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, Malay, and English
- Basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
- Manage office documentation and filing
- Assist with basic accounting and data entry duties
- Handle correspondence and communication tasks
- Support daily operations and assist other departments when needed
