High school diploma or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level) is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and task execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment within a 50-person company.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient workflow.
- Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, accurately entering new leads, tracking customer interactions, and maintaining up-to-date contact information.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and reports by gathering necessary data, formatting documents, and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate sales activities and schedules, including booking appointments, managing calendars, and arranging travel logistics for sales representatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, responding to customer queries, and directing them to the appropriate sales team member when necessary.
- Process sales orders, generate invoices, and track payments, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives, such as event coordination, collateral distribution, and lead generation activities.
