University degree or above; majors in Finance, Customer Service, or related fields preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer support experience; industry experience in Finance, Trading Platforms, Crypto, or Internet sectors preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in high-concurrency scenarios while maintaining quality and stability.
  • Accept a 24/7 shift rotation (Morning/Evening/Night shifts).
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving awareness; able to handle complex issues and customer complaints properly.
  • Strong learning ability to quickly understand product logic, rule changes, and operational updates.
  • Provide support via online chat and email for VIPs, institutional clients, and partners, covering Perps trading, accounts, funds, activities, rebates, and affiliate issues.
  • Process and escalate issues that cannot be resolved in the first line to Level 2, the Team Lead, or relevant functional teams (Product, Risk, Tech).
  • Work with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Affiliate Support teams to relay user issues and assist in driving product/process optimizations.
  • Record and maintain tickets, issue classifications, and resolution results to ensure traceability and reviewability.
  • Deliver professional and stable support experience to core users, active traders, and affiliates to enhance trust and long-term retention.
