University degree or above; majors in Finance, Customer Service, or related fields preferred.

2+ years of customer support experience; industry experience in Finance, Trading Platforms, Crypto, or Internet sectors preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in high-concurrency scenarios while maintaining quality and stability.
Accept a 24/7 shift rotation (Morning/Evening/Night shifts).
Good communication skills and problem-solving awareness; able to handle complex issues and customer complaints properly.
Strong learning ability to quickly understand product logic, rule changes, and operational updates.
Provide support via online chat and email for VIPs, institutional clients, and partners, covering Perps trading, accounts, funds, activities, rebates, and affiliate issues.
Process and escalate issues that cannot be resolved in the first line to Level 2, the Team Lead, or relevant functional teams (Product, Risk, Tech).
Work with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Affiliate Support teams to relay user issues and assist in driving product/process optimizations.
Record and maintain tickets, issue classifications, and resolution results to ensure traceability and reviewability.
Deliver professional and stable support experience to core users, active traders, and affiliates to enhance trust and long-term retention.
