FOZL Corporate Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“FOZL Malaysia”) is a subsidiary of Singapore-headquartered FOZL Group, based in Johor Bahru. We provide comprehensive corporate services including accounting, tax, HR, and company secretarial support to both local and international clients.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and motivated Senior Accountant professional to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full sets of accounts,including thepreparation of unaudited and audited financial statements for clients.
  • Perform bookkeeping functions, including data entry of sales and purchase invoices, expenses, capital expenditures, and staff claims, as well as monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings and XBRL reports for clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional and responsive manner.
  • Support office administration tasks, including preparation of quotations and maintenance of client records and email registrations.
  • Manage and process monthly payroll for clients, including statutory submissions such as EPF, SOCSO, and MyTax Portal.
  • Liaise with relevant government agencies and local authorities when required.
  • Provide HR-related advisory support to clients, including updates on Malaysia’s labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in managing a portfolio of clients under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential payroll clients, following up on leads, and supporting onboarding processes.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and deadlines.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a recognized professional accounting qualification.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and payroll/HR functions.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Manage a portfolio of clients by handling full sets of accounts, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and statutory compliance, including tax and XBRL submissions. Act as the main client contact, providing professional advisory on accounting, tax, and HR matters while ensuring timely deliverables.

Support business growth through client servicing, onboarding, and maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service excellence.
