  • Monitor and maintain company IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Assist in system upgrades, backups, and IT projects.
  • Maintain IT documentation, inventories, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services.
