- Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and network issues.
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Provide timely technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral equipment.
- Monitor and maintain company IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Assist in system upgrades, backups, and IT projects.
- Maintain IT documentation, inventories, and user guides.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services.
