- Required skills: IT Technical Support, Communication and Problem-Solving.
- Fluent in Mandarin.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Basic IT knowledge or computer related skill.
- Strong teamwork skill and ability to work independently, mature and resourceful.
- A stable personality, good attitude and high sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in accounting software and POS systems will be an additionaladvantage."
- Provide a high quality support to client and internal team through cell call, email, remote, whatsApp and etc.
- Carry out product support and training (Software and Hardware)
- Provide onsite service to various clients (Installation and Training)
- Providing practice recommendations and assisting with resolutions of technical issues.
- Provide onsite support, training, after sales services, and deliver hardware to clients whenever necessary.
- Technician responsible for on-site troubleshooting ,repair services or upgrading hardware ,checking networking and etc.
- Office locate near to LRT IOI Puchong Jaya Station
- Accommodation can be provided
- 5 working days per week
- Job training will be provided
