Required skills and qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 or more years of experience in recruitment or human resources
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Experience with hiring agencies is an added advantage
- Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field

Role Summary
Senior Lead Talent Acquisition plays a crucial role in overseeing Talent Sourcing & Attraction, Recruitment Lifecycle Management, Candidate Assessment & Selection, Recruitment Metrics & Reporting, Stakeholder Engagement, Stakeholder Engagement, Compliance & Best Practices, Talent Branding & Engagement.The responsibilities and objectives of this role typically align with the organization's overall talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus recruitment, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Promote the company’s employer brand through creative content, events, and online engagement for hiring needs and career fairs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Manage workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
- Execute & Support the implementation of Succession Planning Programs.
- Conduct Post Onboarding surveys and analyze feedback for improvement.
- Implement & monitor employee life cycle, talent data, including turnover rates, and career progression.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and legal updates affecting recruitment.
