Operations Manager (Project & Technical Operations)

This role is a critical operational leadership position, responsible for controlling and executing project delivery across the Company’s solar EPC operations.

The Operations Manager is accountable for:

• Oversee all ongoing solar installation projects (Residential & C&I)
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to required quality
• Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks, and take corrective action immediately

• Plan and control installation manpower allocation
• Assign site teams, supervisors, and technicians based on project needs
• Optimize workforce utilization across multiple projects

• Appoint, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors
• Monitor subcontractor performance, discipline, and productivity
• Enforce Company standards on quality, safety, and timeline

• Align execution between:
• Design Team
• Site Team
• Procurement
• Maintenance Team
• Ensure no breakdown between design vs site execution

• Work with procurement to ensure materials are:
• Available on time
• Within budget
• Suitable for project requirements

• Attend site when required to:
• Resolve critical issues
• Supervise installation
• Ensure execution quality

• Ensure all works comply with:
• SEDA
• TNB
• ST
• CIDB / BOMBA
• Enforce site safety standards

• Provide weekly reports to Managing Director:
• Project status
• Delays / risks
• Resource requirements
• Annual Leave
