- 负责所有秘书工作、行政事务及个人事宜。
- 确保董事办公室的信息保密和专属性。
- 协助办公室的整体行政工作,提供文书支持。
- 通过组织、协调、撰写与维护信函,提供详实的报告与信息,确保准确性和保密性。
- 协助处理文件管理工作。
- 根据管理层的要求,安排会议、预约、商务洽谈及出行安排。
- 与董事密切合作,及时提醒其待办事项及职责,并跟进落实。
- To assist with various projects, proposals, meetings, and related matters.
- Responsible for all secretarial tasks, administrative functions, and personal affairs.
- To uphold confidentiality and exclusivity within the Director's office.
- To assist with overall office administration and provide clerical support.
- To ensure accuracy and confidentiality by organizing, coordinating, drafting, and maintaining correspondence, as well as delivering detailed reports and information.
- To aid in document management tasks.
- To arrange and schedule meetings, appointments, conferences, and travel plans as required by management.
- To work closely with the Director to keep her informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, providing appropriate follow-up.
- Experience candidates encouraging to apply.
- Ability to Write and Converse in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive Thinking and Energetic.
- Good Communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
