Byd Service Advisor

At least a Higher Secondary or Diploma in Engineering (Automotive) or equivalent

• The ability to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively
• Knowledge in automobile is an advantage
• Fast learner

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
• Receive/assist customers with planned appointments and/or walk ins.
• Explain service procedures, costs, and estimated timeframes.
• Coordinate with technicians to provide accurate diagnostics and service recommendations.
• Ensure timely updates to customers regarding their vehicle status.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure service satisfaction.
• Maintain an accurate record of all work checked in for the day to be followed up on including carry forward vehicles.
• Repair Order Monitoring
• Explain the invoice in detail so as to create a value for money impression in the mind of the customer.
• Post Service Follow-up
• Maintain customer file, (follow-up system) telephoning all customers to determine their level of satisfaction with the service they received.
