Internship Customer Service Advisor/Customer Service Associate - Ampang Jaya

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and patient Customer Service Representative to assist customers through chat, phone, or social media platforms. You will be the bridge between the brand and our customers, ensuring they have a smooth and satisfying experience.

• 通过 WhatsApp、微信、Instagram 等平台回应客户咨询 Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, WeChat, Instagram, etc.
• 收集客户反馈，及时向团队汇报常见问题 Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues to the team
• 提供专业、耐心、及时的客户服务 Provide professional, patient, and timely support to customers
• 与团队协作，优化客户服务流程 Work closely with the team to improve service efficiency

• 必须要会三中语言 华语，马来语和英语 Need to know Mandarin, Malay & English
• 有客服经验者优先，无经验但态度佳亦欢迎申请 Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required
• 具备良好的沟通能力与解决问题的能力 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• 能熟练使用聊天工具与基本办公软件 Familiar with messaging apps and basic office tools
• 能阅读与书写基本英文（如需回复外籍客户）Basic English reading/writing skills is a plus
• 工作认真、负责任，有耐心 Responsible, detail-oriented, and patient
