Sales Manager (Sanitary Truck/Heavy Construction Equipment) - Petaling Jaya

Responsible for the sales and market expansion of Sanitary Truck equipment in the Malaysian market, formulating and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, providing professional product solutions.
- Analyze market trends, understand industry dynamics and competitor activities, and adjust market strategies in a timely manner to enhance brand influence.
- Participate in marketing activities such as exhibitions, product demonstrations, and customer meetings to increase brand awareness.
- Coordinate internal company resources to ensure smooth execution of sales, delivery, and after-sales services, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports, regularly updating management on market conditions and sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or related industries, with Sanitary Truck sales experience preferred.
- Strong market expansion, customer management, and business negotiation skills.
- Familiar with the Malaysian market environment, with extensive industry resources and connections preferred.
- Proven experience in team management, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English,Chinese, and Malay.
