Personal Assistant Cum Human Resources Executive

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience as PA, Executive Assistant, or in HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of basic Malaysian labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Personal Assistant to BOD
- Manage and maintain BOD’s schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes for BOD meetings.
- Coordinate with government agencies and industry-related bodies on matters involving the company and BOD.
- Handle confidential documents, reports, and correspondence with discretion.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of BOD.
- Human Resources Support
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee attendance records and leave management systems.
- Ensure HR documentation is in compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and related labor laws.
- Assist in preparing HR-related letters (offer, confirmation, warning, termination).
- Support payroll processing by providing attendance and leave reports.
- Act as a point of contact for basic HR inquiries from staff.
