Personal Assistant Cum Human Resources Executive

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as PA, Executive Assistant, or in HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of basic Malaysian labor laws and HR practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  1. Personal Assistant to BOD
  • Manage and maintain BOD’s schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes for BOD meetings.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and industry-related bodies on matters involving the company and BOD.
  • Handle confidential documents, reports, and correspondence with discretion.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of BOD.
  1. Human Resources Support
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee attendance records and leave management systems.
  • Ensure HR documentation is in compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and related labor laws.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related letters (offer, confirmation, warning, termination).
  • Support payroll processing by providing attendance and leave reports.
  • Act as a point of contact for basic HR inquiries from staff.
