Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
- Minimum 2–3 years of related working experience in engineering.
- Exposures in QC tools such as SPC, 8D, FMEA, MSA and GD&T.
- Familiar with MS Office and CAD software.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use specialized equipment like microscopes.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and safety while minimizing waste.
- Manage nonconformance and MRB control, lead 8D discussions, and ensure proper containment to prevent defective parts from reaching customers.
- Maintain and troubleshoot technical issues on the production line, ensuring processes comply with ISO standards and mandatory regulations.
- Perform process capability studies and statistical analysis to drive data-driven decision-making and meet production targets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to integrate new technologies, equipment, or raw parts.
- Maintain procedures, control plans, and technical records, including FAI reports and ECN/DN follow-up
