Minimum 2–3 years experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations (preferably in metal / manufacturing industry)
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong understanding of production workflows, machining, or metal processing is an advantage
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily production activities
- Translate customer orders into actionable production plans and job schedules
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Store and Operations teams to ensure timely execution
- Monitor work progress and adjust schedules to handle urgent orders or delays
- Optimize machine utilization, manpower allocation, and workflow efficiency
- Ensure on-time delivery commitments to customers are met
- Track order status and provide updates to internal stakeholders
