- Strong experience in CNC Milling & precision machining
- Able to read engineering drawings & use CAD/CAM
- Experience in lean manufacturing / process improvement
- Good leadership & problem-solving skills
- Mandarin & English required

Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily production operations (machines, tools, CNC, fixtures)
- Plan & monitor production output, schedules & delivery timelines
- Ensure smooth production flow & resolve quality/production issues
- Analyze production data & workshop costs to improve efficiency
- Drive KPIs, continuous improvement & process innovation
- Lead, coach & manage production team performance
- Maintain quality system compliance & safety (5S practices)
- Support new product setup (fixtures, programs, drawings)
