Job Summary:
We are looking for an Assistant Accounting Manager / Jr Accounting Manager to join our finance team. This is a hybrid role – you will be involved in hands-on accounting tasks as well as supporting supervision of junior staff.- Assist in daily accounting tasks: transactions, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliation.
- Handle payroll and staff claims.
- Support the Accounting Manager in supervising and mentoring junior staff.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Use accounting software and MS Excel efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Manage daily accounting transactions, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle payroll and staff claims.
- Assist in internal audits and preparation of tax / GST documents.
- Support and mentor junior staff under the supervision of the Manager.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements / Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of accounting / finance experience.
- Hands-on experience in preparing financial reports and daily accounting operations.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
