Experience in customer service/operations or product role.
- Strong understanding of sports & cricket markets.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to interpret.
- English language required, Cantonese and Mandarin beneficial.
- Passion for sports, data analytics, and emerging trends in sports.
- Proficiency in MS office/SQL.
- Key point of contact for all the companies’ clients
- Swiftly and professionally resolve client queries, disputes and settlement requests
- Monitor front end content and manage markets, and bring innovative ideas for the product
- Track performance and site health, work with technical teams to ensure the smooth running of the product
- Identify and respond to irregularities and ensure proper escalation of suspicious activity.
- Complete product benchmarking and market analysis.
- Collaborate closely with technical, data and trading teams to ensure the best possible product is available to our clients.
