This role involves managing and overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, team performance, and compliance with quality standards.

• Manage the complete order, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping for online shopping order.
• Maintain precise inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure goods are stored in optimal conditions.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes to uphold high standards.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to warehouse staff to enhance skills, promote safety, and support career growth.

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse operations.
• Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control system
• Proven ability to lead and manage warehouse teams effectively.
