1. Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring smooth scheduling, court management, and customer satisfaction
• Manage staff shifts, training, and customer service standards
• Coordinate events, leagues, and bookings
• Implement operational systems and processes to scale efficiently
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and maintenance teams

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience in operations, facility management, hospitality or F&B
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Comfortable with scheduling tools, booking platforms, and basic tech systems
• Fluent in English and Mandarin/Chinese (preferred)
• Interest in sports, wellness, or active lifestyle is a plus
