- Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prior experience in property sales, real estate, banking, insurance, or related sales roles preferred
- Familiar with Kuala Lumpur property market and local regulations is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
