JOB DESCRIPTION

Working Days : Monday - Sunday (5 working days, 2 off days - rotational)
Working Hours : 9.00am - 6.00pm
Basic Salary : RM2,400 + Unlimited Commissions

Location : Bukit Jalil

Responsibilities :-
  • Responsible to support the daily operation of Retention department.
  • Responsible to retain Company’s customer by resolving any issue related to Company’s products and services, address customer’s inquiries, provide first time resolution, collect overdue amount, and offer any potential offerings that would benefit the customer and Company’s
  • He/she must contribute to improve customer retention and reduce churn
  • Track contracts that are soon to be expired and contact customers for renewals
  • Develop product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
  • Analyse customer feedback and develop new techniques to ensure customer retention
  • Provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build positive working relationships with customers for repeat businesses.
  • Explain customers about new products and benefits.
  • Make sales calls to existing and new customers for business growth.
  • Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both business and customer perspectives.
  • Must achieve KPI’s scoring set by Company’s
