Fluency in both English and Mandarin

Primary Duties:
- Livechat Support
- Inbound Phone Support
- Monitor and respond to the main support inbox to ensure clients are responded to in a timely manner
- Assess and open new account applications ( including individual, corporate, trust and superfund client type accounts) for international applicants
- Follow company's document requirements and identification and verification procedures ( KYC/ CDD/ AML processes)
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Processing the deposits and withdrawals of client accounts and other financial related tasks arranged by supervisor(s)
- 1-2/ week nightshift after probation
- Further duties as directed or required, within or outside the normal scope of your responsibilities in the position
