About the Role
This role is ideal for a Project Manager with a strong background in M&E and a passion for driving operational excellence. You will lead and monitor projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination between production and installation teams, while effectively managing risks, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand project goals and client expectations; lead the end-to-end delivery process
- Create and execute project plans in collaboration with internal operations teams
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Manage project resources, timelines, budgets, and documentation
- Identify and address project risks and potential scope creep
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients
- Provide regular updates and escalate critical issues when necessary
- Support new business opportunities through close collaboration with account managers
- Attend site visits and offsite meetings across APAC and globally as required

Requirements:
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in project management (preferably M&E or energy-related sectors)
- PMP certification is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation abilities
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings, including international assignments
