Sales Coordinator (Telesales)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Coordinator with a focus on tele-sales to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing customer relationships, and driving sales through effective tele-sales strategies.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities- Tele-sales Activities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability.
- Follow up on leads generated from various marketing campaigns.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the relevant teams for product/service improvement.

- Proven experience in a sales coordinator or tele-sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive communication.
- Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and sales strategies.
