Job Purpose

The Assistant Executive – HR Recruitment supports the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely, effective, and quality talent acquisition for City University Malaysia Cyberjaya Campus. The role involves coordinating recruitment activities, handling documentation, and assisting with candidate engagement to meet the staffing needs of the University.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and follow-up.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate records, and HR systems.
  • Prepare recruitment-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding packs.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and departments to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Handle reference checks, employment verifications, and other recruitment compliance requirements.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and career fair participation.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Recruitment team as required.
Outpatient Medical Coverage: RM1,200 annually (including immediate family)

Hospitalisation Coverage: RM30,000 – RM50,000 per individual
