Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Audio/Video (AV) or IT industry in a Business Development / Sales Role.
- Experience dealing with key accounts in Government, Education, or Corporate segments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and portray as IT Consultants to customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network in Education, Government, and/or Large Corporate accounts.
- Professional selling skills and solid business acumen.
- Aggressive, autonomous, assertive, creative, and customer-driven.
- Team player with ability to develop business plans and sales.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Resourceful and committed to managing targeted accounts in the Commercial or Government Sector.
- Acquire and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales revenue targets.
- Provide top-notch service by resolving issues efficiently and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
- Flexible with scheduling and willing to travel nationwide.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to meet business requirements.
- Execute strategies to drive new business and revenue growth through direct and indirect sales channels.
- Develop and maintain a Weekly Visitation Plan and generate Sales Visitation Reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts, proposals, and quotations.
- Provide feedback on customer issues to relevant stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
