Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting/marketing to closing sales plus maintenance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, business partners and vendors.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Learned and understand the product with the internal teams and principal.
- Work closely with technical team to deliver product and services to customer with efficient.
- Create sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets & KPIs.
- Identify and understand customer businesses and requirements on IT solutions and IT products.
- Monitoring Projects update for invoicing and renewal.
- Post-sales follow-up and to deliver a positive customer’s service experience.
- Preparing the weekly and monthly sales / forecast/ outstanding reports.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitors.
- Ad hoc duties assigned, if any.
- Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science, Information & Communication Technology or equivalent.
- Experience on selling, supporting the IT Hardware & Software services
- Proven experience in B2B/ B2C sales or Sales account management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organization and time-management
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
- Experience in IT Industry would be an advantage.
- Experience on IBM Products will be advantage.
