Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting/marketing to closing sales plus maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, business partners and vendors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Learned and understand the product with the internal teams and principal.
  • Work closely with technical team to deliver product and services to customer with efficient.
  • Create sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets & KPIs.
  • Identify and understand customer businesses and requirements on IT solutions and IT products.
  • Monitoring Projects update for invoicing and renewal.
  • Post-sales follow-up and to deliver a positive customer’s service experience.
  • Preparing the weekly and monthly sales / forecast/ outstanding reports.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitors.
  • Ad hoc duties assigned, if any.
  • Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science, Information & Communication Technology or equivalent.
  • Experience on selling, supporting the IT Hardware & Software services
  • Proven experience in B2B/ B2C sales or Sales account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organization and time-management
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
  • Experience in IT Industry would be an advantage.
  • Experience on IBM Products will be advantage.
