1. To oversee, monitors and ensure the services providers and/or the contractors are performing the services as per their contract and/or agreement provided;
2. To oversee, monitors and ensure the daily collection report including bank in slips and the handling of petty cash are to be sent to HQ on a daily basis;
3. To monitor the preparation and compilation of requisition, compile utility bills, invoices for payments to HQ, Compile water meter reading to HQ and send out to residents every two months;
4. To attend the monthly and/or ad-hoc councils/committees meeting (if any);
5. The monitor and ensure the preparation of documents i.e financial report, minutes of meeting and etc. for council/ committees/management meetings or such;
6. To undertake, monitor and ensure the completion of any ad-hoc tasks from time to time being directed and/or instructed by the Superior.

Diploma / Degree dalam:

• Property Management
• Building Management
• Facility Management
• Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil)

Minimum 3–5 tahun pengalaman dalam:

• Property / building / facilities management
• Ada pengalaman handle:
• Maintenance building
• Vendor & contractor
• Tenant / resident
• Knowledge dalam:
• Building maintenance & operations
• Safety & compliance (contoh: BOMBA, OSHA)
• Strong in:
• Leadership & team management
• Problem solving
• Communication (handle tenant complaint etc.)
• Basic financial skills:
• Budgeting
• Cost control
