Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR administration.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle HR administration tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in documentation and record keeping.

  • Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and regulations is an advantage.

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Provide administrative support for HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner, utilizing excellent customer service skills.
  • Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations, providing data analysis and insights as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, including employee handbooks, policies, and forms.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking attendance.
  • Communicate effectively with employees in both English and Mandarin, providing clear and concise information on HR policies and procedures.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address HR-related challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
