What you need to do:

  • Timely completion of payment matters: Responsible for completing all payment matters on time, ensuring smooth transactions with suppliers and partners
按时完成付款事项:负责按时完成所有付款事务,确保与供应商和合作伙伴的顺利交易。
  • Assistance with document preparation: Assisting in preparing documents required by various departments, including but not limited to contracts, reports, and document materials, to support the company's daily operations.
协助文件准备:协助准备各部门所需的文件,包括但不限于合同、报告和文件资料,以支持公司日常运营。
  • Document and prop organization: Organizing and tidying up documents and props used in company activities, ensuring a neat and orderly office environment to enhance work efficiency.
文件和道具整理:整理和收拾公司活动中使用的文件和道具,确保办公环境整洁有序,提高工作效率。
  • Have at least Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or related fields.
至少拥有商业管理,人力资源或相关领域的SPM/Diploma/学位。
  • Passionate about admin & HR work, eager to learn how to admin and manage company details from a business perspective.
对行政&人事操作工作充满热情,渴望从商业角度学习如何管理和处理公司事务。
  • Admin experience is not required;
无需有行政经验;
  • Occasional meticulous, patient, and empathetic work attitude is welcomed.
