What you need to do:
- Timely completion of payment matters: Responsible for completing all payment matters on time, ensuring smooth transactions with suppliers and partners
- Assistance with document preparation: Assisting in preparing documents required by various departments, including but not limited to contracts, reports, and document materials, to support the company's daily operations.
- Document and prop organization: Organizing and tidying up documents and props used in company activities, ensuring a neat and orderly office environment to enhance work efficiency.
- Have at least Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or related fields.
- Passionate about admin & HR work, eager to learn how to admin and manage company details from a business perspective.
- Admin experience is not required;
- Occasional meticulous, patient, and empathetic work attitude is welcomed.
- Able to work as a team collaborator, proactive, and highly responsible.
- Capable of working independently and paying attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer operations, proficient in MS Office Excel.
