- Minimum 3–7 years in sales or business development, preferably in property, real estate, or investment sectors.
- Experience managing a sales team, project pipelines, or property development operations.
- Optimizing operational processes.

- At least 1–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong Interpersonal & good communication skills.

- Good at computer usage eg: Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
- Oversee all property project transactions: sales progress, loan applications, leads.
- Follow-up, and commission/incentive processing.
- Liaise directly with developers and partner agencies to gather and organize essential project documents and updates.
- Work directly with the Director on project commissions, rebates, and furnishing.
- Packages; supervised the end-to-end process for launching new projects.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding commissions from developers.
- Oversee JV project pre-launch activities: pricing, marketing collateral, showroom design, and launch planning.
- Coordinate interdepartmental collaborations and deal-sharing with other 5 entities companies.
- Establish and manage project-specific folders and Telegram groups for agent use.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal workflows, ensuring operational efficiency and clarity.
- Manage ERP system setups including commission structure and project settings.
- Resolve agents’ concerns and internal issues to maintain morale and productivity.
- Supervise sales admin tasks: transaction records, client database updates, booking fee slips, refunds, and new agent onboarding.
- Coordinate logistics for company events such as monthly general meetings, agent training, and award ceremonies.
- Collaborate with in-house designers to craft marketing materials, run incentive campaigns, and manage branding content on social media.
- Prepare monthly sales performance reports and coordinate trophy and certificate printing with vendors.
- Accurately maintained records of every project's Master Agreement, ensuring a clear understanding of crucial terms, such as contract timelines, commission pay-out stages and project milestones.
