  • 1+ year of clerical or accounting experience.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (AutoCount Accounting Ver: 2.2 ).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Prepare, process, and record invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements and company accounts.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for financial documents.
  • Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and financial records.
  • Operate accounting software and spreadsheets to perform accounting tasks efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing reports, financial summaries, and tax documentation when needed.
  • Probation Period: 6 months or less before confirming
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
  • Increments after confirmation and every year
  • Annual Leave after confirmation
  • Medical and Hospitalization Leave
