Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Clerk to support our accounting department with clerical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring data accuracy in our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
  • Assist with payroll processing and expense reporting
  • Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents
  • Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding payments or billing
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and mail handling
