  • Assist in preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records.
  • Perform filing and documentation tasks for financial transactions.

  • Prepare bank deposits and update bank reconciliation records.
  • Assist with monthly closing and report preparations.
  • Maintain proper records of petty cash and staff claims.
