Diploma/ Degree in Art/ Design/ Multimedia/ Visual Comm/ Mass Communication or related course in business.
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field.

- Proficient in MS Office.
- Possess own transport with good direction sense.
- Lead and manage key productions, ensuring delivery to the highest standards within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Oversee projects on a day-to-day basis, coordinating photographers, studio schedules, and production timelines while working closely with internal teams to meet deadlines.
- Develop creative concepts for projects, supported by strong references and recommendations of suitable creative talent.
- Maintain a deep understanding of artist and client needs, ensuring expectations are met from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Manage end-to-end production workflows, including material planning and inventory, to ensure smooth execution and readiness of resources.
- Take ownership of all project documentation, including briefs, treatments, budgets, production schedules, PPM documents, and post-production reports.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed, quality-checked, and handed over efficiently according to specifications.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for continuously improving creative output and production quality.
