Event Production Manager / Event Production Executive (Prefer Mandarin & English Speaker)

Location: Sri Petaling, KL

Who Are We Looking For:

We are looking for an Event Project Lead who takes ownership, someone who doesn’t just execute events, but drives projects from idea to reality with precision and creativity.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys fast-paced execution, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality corporate events under pressure.

What We’re Looking For:

Required language(s): Mandarin, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

2–4 years in event agency

Hands-on experience managing events independently

Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Able to work under pressure & tight timelines

Strong sense of ownership (you treat the event as yours)

Proficiency in Canva, Event Management Software and Microsoft Office tools

Strong Communication, Negotiation, vendor handling, and Client Relationship Management capabilities

Applicants must possess own transport and willing to travel outstation / overseas for projects.

We offer a performance-driven reward system for high performers:

Base salary RM3,000 – RM5,000 + performance bonus per event (up to RM3,500+) + Travel allowance

Total salary per month can reach up to RM8,500 (if manage only one event per month)

High performers who manage multiple events will be rewarded accordingly.

Lead end-to-end event execution (proposal planning onsite)

Prepare quotations, costing & budget control

Manage vendors (stage, AV, fabrication, etc.)

Coordinate timeline, manpower & logistics

Handle client communication & expectation
