- Min SPM/ Diploma in manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
- Willing to work in the factory

- At least 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (Fresh graduates maybe considered)
- Basic understanding of production processes and workflow.
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures strictly.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with machinery operation is an added advantage.
- Verify that production standards are met
- Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed

- Provide hands-on assistance for all jobs, including production planning, set-up, and operation of machinery
- Managing daily documentation and records of production activities
- Oversee all quality control measures
- Develop and maintain production schedules, inventories, and shipping requirements
- Oversee production processes to ensure effective employee performance
- Assist in daily production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Report any defects, abnormalities, or machine issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area (5S practices)
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
