Minimum 1 year of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience (preferred).
  • Confident using or quick to learn Shopify, POS systems, and basic admin tools.
  • Social media-savvy (especially Instagram Stories & Live).
  • Able to follow guidelines and create accurate quotations.
  • Strong attention to detail, packaging quality, and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Sales & In-Store Customer Service
  • Greet and assist customers with product selections and inquiries.
  • Provide styling tips or product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store.
Social Media Engagement (Instagram & Tiktok)
  • Create and post engaging Instagram Stories to showcase new arrivals, promos, or behind-the-scenes content.
  • Host or assist with Instagram Live sessions for product features or Q&As.
  • Respond promptly to customer messages and comments on social platforms.
  • Coordinate content based on the brand’s tone and current marketing goals.
Order Fulfillment, Packaging & Delivery
  • Handle online and social media orders via Shopify or manual entry.
  • Wrap and package products securely and neatly, following brand guidelines.
  • Arrange for delivery or pickup and track orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers post-delivery and handle any issues or returns professionally.
Administrative Support
  • Create and send quotations to customers based on provided templates and pricing guidelines.
  • Use Shopify and POS systems confidently, or demonstrate the ability to learn them quickly.
  • Keep records of orders, sales, and customer inquiries accurately.
Problem Solving & Communication
  • Handle customer concerns and delivery issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Use critical thinking to resolve unexpected problems independently or escalate when needed.
  • Communicate clearly with both customers and team members.
