Job Requirements: -
- Candidate with at least one (1) year of working experience in customer service is preferred.
- Experience in a call or contact center environment will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must good in multitasking and ability to resolving conflict and problem for customers and merchants.
- Good in computer literate, especially in MS applications and good troubleshooting skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and team player.
- The ability to priorities with excellent time management skills.
- Strong customer handling skills and active listening.
- The capacity to remain calm under intense pressure, especially when dealing with angry customers; customer orientation and ability to adapt or respond to different types of characters.
- Good etiquette, i.e. well-presented, tactful, and polite, patient and attentive.
- Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English and additional speaking or writing language will be a plus.
- Work with customer care team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Greet customer and ascertain problem or reason.
- To handle all enquiries from customer, provide appropriate feedback and alternatives within the time limits.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods or tools.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Resolve product or service problems via phone, email & mail by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following-up to ensure resolution.
- To provide support and user guidance for Company’s services and products.
