As a CBRE ESG Manager, you will assist with managing the team responsible for the development and execution of energy management programs. This job is a part of the Energy and Sustainability functional area which focuses on the development and implementation of environmental and social sustainability programs.

As a CBRE ESG Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of energy management programs.
This job is part of the Energy and Sustainability function. They are responsible for the development and implementation of environmental and social sustainability programs.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in sustainability consulting for multiple facility types to help meet goals. Create sustainability, resilience, and smart energy plans for multiple facility types.
- Identify operational improvements through the implementation of opportunities to improve energy and sustainability performance.
- Support sustainability goals and implement energy resilience strategies and programs.
- Execute strategies and programs to reach client goals.
- Review data and interpretation of energy and sustainability reports.
- Integrate knowledge of energy procurement and new technologies with the global energy and sustainability platform to drive improved energy and sustainability performance.
- Present periodic energy and sustainability status and variance reports from collected energy, waste, and water data.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
- Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
- Work within broad guidelines and policies.
- Explain difficult or sensitive information.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI, etc.
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
