Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in payroll coordination and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Support employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
  • Handle employee inquiries and maintain good employee relations.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
  • Assist in HR reporting and administrative tasks.
