Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Organized, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll coordination and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
- Handle employee inquiries and maintain good employee relations.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
- Assist in HR reporting and administrative tasks.
