- 7pm, Noon 1pm
- 11pm, Night 11pm
- 9am (3 shifts)
- Handling customer replies from Whatsapp, Live Chat, Social Media.
- Solving customer queries.
- Handling customer orders from official website and other platforms.
- Manage stocks.
